Club News : Fawley Win September Club Of The Month Award
Posted by Skinner on 2008/10/10 7:57:08 (3 reads)

The September Clubs of the Month (sponsored by Errrea) are Brockenhurst (Premier Division) and Fawley (Division One) though the award in both divisions was hotly contested.

During the month Brockenhurst gained more points & won more games than any other club and it was this that won them the award. Poole Town, Wimborne Town and V.T. ran them close and Brading were unbeaten though had only played 3 games.

The Division One award was even tighter with Stockbridge & Warminster leading the points table though each had lost two games. Shaftesbury were unbeaten but again had only played three games. The award went to Fawley who had the best points to games ratio of the clubs that had played four or more matches.
